Breast cancer or any types of cancer has always been associated with lifestyle or hereditary. While an early detection is always good, it is always better to monitor what you eat as a prevention to the disease.

Turmeric is an ayuverdic super food that has been used for hundreds of years. While some people use it mainly for skin and beauty, turmeric actually does more than that. Turmeric contains a chemical called curcumin that may has the ability to fight against inflammation and may help fight breast cancer tumors.

2. Broccoli

8. Flaxseed

The lignan content of flaxseed is the reason why so many studies have shown that flaxseeds are able to prevent breast cancer.
